1. Overview & Acceptance
Welcome to R.N Payal ("we", "our", or "us"). By accessing our showroom located at Sector F-936, Govind Nagar, Mathura, UP, or interacting with our digital catalog and customer support services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Certified 925 Purity Guarantee
Every piece of payal, kada, bangles, and silver jewellery crafted at R.N Payal is guaranteed to conform to certified 925 sterling silver purity standards. All pieces bear official hallmarking registration. Minor variations in weight or hand-engraved patterns are intrinsic characteristics of handcrafted artisan silver.
3. Custom Orders & Bespoke Commissions
Custom silver commissions require explicit design sign-off and an advance deposit prior to artisan bench production. Because bespoke items are handcrafted to individual customer specifications, cancellation or modification terms are governed by the agreed commission order form.
4. Pricing & Market Adjustments
Silver valuations fluctuate based on prevailing bullion market prices in India. All quoted rates for custom crafting and wholesale orders are valid for the timeframe specified during consultation.
5. Intellectual Property
All proprietary payal design patterns, imagery, branding elements, and artisan motifs showcased by R.N Payal remain the exclusive intellectual property of R.N Payal. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial distribution is strictly prohibited.
6. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mathura, Uttar Pradesh, India.
